If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, maintaining the accuracy of your account information, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Amino Analysis grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your own lawful personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.
You may not use the service to:
- Break the law or violate rights. This includes violating privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, export-control, or other applicable laws or rights.
- Interfere with the service. You may not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, or attempt to bypass security, authentication, or access controls.
- Misuse content or automation. You may not scrape, systematically copy, republish, or build a competing dataset, product, or service from the site without our prior written permission.
- Impersonate or misrepresent. You may not impersonate another person, misstate your affiliation, or submit false or misleading information through the service.
Medical and Educational Disclaimer
Amino Analysis provides educational and research-oriented information only. Nothing on the service is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed clinician who knows your circumstances.
The service does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Amino Analysis. Do not use the service for emergency or urgent medical needs. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified clinician immediately.
References to peptides, compounds, protocols, clinics, or therapeutic areas are not promises of safety, efficacy, legality, availability, or suitability for you. You are responsible for evaluating any decisions you make based on information from the service.
Third-Party Services and Links
The service may include links to third-party sites, sign-in providers, social platforms, or external resources. Amino Analysis does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, privacy practices, or content.
If you choose to use Google sign-in or interact with third-party services, your relationship with those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Amino Analysis and its licensors own the service and all related content, including text, graphics, layout, branding, databases, software, newsletter content, and compilations. These materials are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.
Suggestions and Feedback
If you submit feedback, peptide suggestions, corrections, ideas, or other materials, you grant Amino Analysis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and incorporate that feedback into the service and related materials without compensation to you.
Do not submit confidential information or materials you do not have the right to share. You remain responsible for your submissions and for ensuring they do not violate law or third-party rights.
Availability, Changes, and Termination
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Amino Analysis at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to maintain any feature, page, tool, or archive in its current form.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or used the service in a way that could harm Amino Analysis, its users, or others.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, current, or suitable for your needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amino Analysis and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, use, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Amino Analysis for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amino Analysis and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
